My Girl is ok. Just in shock from what happen.
I know its just a car, But she has lost days of work, I have lost days of work. Is anyone going to pay for this? No. Is he? No.

1st time, I was parked in my parking spot at my apartments when some drunk A$$ backs into my car with his black Lincoln SUV and drives off. No one reports the wreck and peoples sleeping windows are right there. $3K in work to my car.
2nd time, Cab hits me on the passanger side. Takes out the wheel, front bumper, controol arm spins me around and hits the back bumper and fender. $8K in work.
3rd times the charm!

to lose something you put time and sweat into. Your girl is ok, that's whats important. but don't forget, keep your eyes open for that ***** driving suv, you never know. get the plates, and there you get, justice, the man or woman will be fucked

I didn't read every post, but I assume you've called the police since the accident report? Usually it gets the better of people and they will call in............not the ******* in the SUV, but others who may have seen him/it.

Nobody saw what happened and stopped to help her?
Any traffic cameras on the intersection/corner. Tell the insurance company to check and see if there was. I'm sure they would like to get the culprit. Save them some money and all.
Anyway Gil at least no one got hurt and you are getting another car.

Thank God my Girl is ok and not hurt. But we have no car now 
No intersection/corner cameras and no one stoped. My Girl tells me she know people seen what happen but just slowed down not to get hit and keep going. I just dont get it.

When a guy in a SUV on her driver side changed from his lane (center lane) into her lane (far right). She slamed on the brakes, he moves back into his lane but it was to late. She went up the curb, broke the front control arm, snaped the brake line (no brakes!), bounced off the wall, went across all 3 lanes into the other side of traffic. The car came to a stop in the island on its own. As you can see in the first pic the *** of the driver side is still kinda on the other side of the road.
(at least here in CA they would)
Here's how the insurance company will see it:
Guy changes lane, your girl over reacts and crashes the car. No contact by SUV (as seen in pictures), no witnesses, and only 1 car damaged.
Sorry man, hope they don't try and do that to ya but be prepared for a fight just in case.

Damn Dom, that sucks! I hate to kick ya while you're down but from the description above, the Insurance company will most likely find your girl at fault.

I seriously believe SUV drivers need to get a special endorsement on their license, much like CDL licenses.
I'm still shocked no one stopped to help. Whenever I witness an accident I always call 911 and stay to be a witness. I do it because I would want people to do the same for me.
Freaky- last night my friend got hit on his motorcycle, as well.

Hey let me tell ya man, The other day my bro wanted to walk to the market. I offered to drive him. On our way we see a 4 door car that took a turn to fast went up on the side walk took out 4 trees. Put it this way its where my bro would have been walking. Guess you can say we kinda saved his butt.

OMFG! This is EXACTLY the kind of thing that makes me the most paranoid when I'm on the road. Probably didn't even know they were hitting you when they realized something was keeping them out of their cell phone lane.

DAYUMMM! That suxs bro... did your girl get a plate or description on the SUV? We can keep an eye out... start calling some body shops on that particular vehicle getting repaired for damage perhaps? I dunno... anywho, good to hear you and your girl are ok...
The good news:
I found a 2004 Winning Blue that has everything but leather seats (Thank God!) and only 21K miles. De-Badged. The kid took good care of the car. No dings no bumps no scratchs. Great shape
$16,800.00 I asked the guy if they will let her go for $14K or $15K with a $1,000.00 DP. He said they can do it. Then agen you never know.
What do you guys think? Good deal?
Does he own the car free and clear? Or does he have to pay it off? If he does, then tawad that **** for your asking price... hopefully its not complicated.
oh, and will you be able to salvage some parts? Good luck on that!
