#3 is too much like the other 25 billion banner ad's we've seen on the internet since 1995. I like the feeling of the other 2, but agree that #2 is too busy. I love the 6-sided (wrench) aspect of the main font.

I'd like to see #1 without the wheel on the left side. I.e. extend the ocean scene all the way left. I think the logo would stand out better and it would lead the eye more easily through the picture. I don't think the wheel adds a lot to the composition and weighs too symmetrical with the RX-8. Those two elements compete for your attention and the logo gets lost a bit, imho.

Voted the outsider (3) because the other two may catch the eye, but the text is barely readable, too much blue on blue. I'm also missing the RX-8 logo in the first two.

 

#1. The graphics are good the way they are. Doesn't seem to busy for me. With the wheel separated abit to the left its like it seems to kinda say " from wheels to thrills" with the whole car on the right. Most people will only glance at the banner and the .com line hits the eye with out searching it. Just change the text part of two "your" 's, its sounds redundant (sp) when you read it.

I'd go with #1.

#2 is WAY too busy to see what the heck is going on in the graphics behind the logo. If you can't tell what something is, there's no point in having it.

#3 is bland, as others have said. You've seen a look like that a million times on the internet, and it makes you look like a generic company with no credibility.

#1 is pretty nice. It is cleaner, and has an interesting look about it. Nice colors, and easy to read.
