Notes: Video taken from a modified Porsche 996 Twin Turbo. Mazda RX8 with full MazdaSpeed suspension, following modified C5 Corvette with Z06 suspension.

The corvette is so far ahead, that it is difficult to tell what it is... the comments appear to be clowning the 8; saying that it is slow as his grandmother and that the driver doesnt know what the apex of a turn is... not sure why people are excited over this obvious slam against the 8.

 

Dont matter, I wouldnt really be excited anyways about the comments. If he has 450HP I expect him to beat any 8. So why would he even make fun of it? Sounds like someone with a little emotional problems and needs to make himself feel better by bashing cars with half his power.

 

Guys, it isn't intended to be an 8 vs anything or a Corvette vs anything ... it's just 3 friends, driving around the track for fun. The comments were put in there by the driver of the 8.

The only point of the video is to show the 8 in some twisties, with some great scenery, and promote the love of cars and driving.

I PM'ed dmp to see how I can get the file to him.

We'll get this fixed next week. I shrunk the 2 biggest videos using DivX, but the demand still has the site slammed. Hang tight.
