Is this anyone's RX-8 on here? Saw this RX-8 in Sunnyvale, Calif. at the 24 Hour Fitness parking lot.

Lowered with aftermarket rims. Definitely not a big fan of the over-vented CF hood and the very poor fitting CF trunk. It makes me sad.

The problem is he got an overly aggressive hood without finishing it out with a nice body kit and aggressive wheels. The hood itself isnt bad, but it just doesnt fit the look of the stock car.

It isn't Chris. He has the appearance package, same rims with a more agressive offset, Borla exhaust, black strakes, fins on the rear oem bumper, and no CF parts that I know of on the exterior.

 

The difference is... your car looked good though.

 

Its too aggressive of a Hood/Trunk combo for stock body. But he's a young kid so I say give it time, I'm sure with some nice wheels and a wider stance he would be better off as well. But that's the beauty of it all, people build what they like.
