Looks nice, I'd clean up the windshield, the black bordering it seems a bit thick for my liking. Thin it out on the sides and bottom?

Yeah, i would also suggest white rims with that setup. I would go with a the RPF1 - Large Profile Tire - White Rim.

something looks wrong wtih that side skirt... since its not very low... in a real RX8 that would look super odd.

On that note... you may want to have the exhuast come out of the sideskirt, and not the rear door.

i think its cuz the sideskirt looks cut, being that the front fender lining isn't done all the way around.

cjkim, Looks good but I would put the mirrors on the fenders like the 1st gen RX-7 had and move the front side fender vents more back as heat will rise and be pulled away up and out of them

hmm... i guess it does look odd. guess ill have to emphasize it more, but the side skirt isn't really a traditional side skirt... it would be more.. parallel to the ground. hard to explain, looks funny since i had nothing to work off, but ill see what i can do

Good job man. What rims are you thinking of putting on the car? I vote Advan Model 5.

I know you're not finished but for the windshield and side windows --> some reflection would be nice (kinda like what you did with the headlights)

hah, actually BigO suggested what I was originally going to put.. RPF1
Yeah... I'm debating on whether to just go the easy way out for windows or put some effort in there also (like roll cage, seats, etc)

That's nice. The only thing that bugs me for some reason is the mirrors.

I think the mirrors could use some more pronounced reflection highlights to make them look more 3D. The rest of the car has such great 3D presence, the mirrors sort of look pasted on by comparison. And the stalk on the drivers' side mirror maybe just a tad thicker also.

Yeah. good call, though I am not really close to done, so theres plenty of shading/highlighting and touchups to do. Anything else?

On a side note.. this is why i like photoshop
