I remember back in the day, they use to call asian people with honda's, rice. Nowdays, you don't have to be asian or own a honda to be rice? WTF? LOL

 

I'd been wanting to do some kind of duct for a long time for CAI, but then I saw yours and it was so awesome I had to do it!

I actually thought about having my lip molded and repainted but then you did it better than I imagined so I'll do another route- I don't want to comp you too badly! Haha

 

i didnt say it looked bad, but it has ricey history. come on guys, a duct is going to give you that much more efficiency from the engine. overall, i like cf pieces too... Bryan i want to see updated pics in this thread when your mirror covers get in... I am very anxious to see what it looks like for me too...

 

It looks ok, reminds me of bomex nose. I would love the direct air, but I wouldn't like the rain to go inside (it rains all the time here)

 

I have mines set up so that when water comes in it trickles down, its the way I positioned the tube. If you call this rice I'd like to know what you call racing beats duct . Btw picking up the mirror covers this weekend, hopefully they come out good

no matter what you do to your car... someone out there wont like it and will consider it ricey. Rice is an opinion whos merit is only as good as the one passing it.

FOR EXAMPLE
When tajabaho1 calls another persons car ricey... the comment doesnt hold much merit.
When people who have very very nicely modified cars calls another car ricey... you know what, it probably is.

 

whatever... the owner of the car's opinion matters most. whats appealing to him/her only matters.
