^^^^ that looks terrible? it looks clean as fuh, ay i just bought my leds from ledglow. and the vent lighting was not a idea i thought about, it looks clean, my leds r coming in this week and im not tryin to seem lika copy cat but im thinking about doing the vents as well. idc if any1 says thats rice, ima mex, so it dont matter. aha.

4 for underbody, 2 for interior, and 2 for the vents. i like the post.

would u say it was hard to wire them from the vents? and r they ment for interior?

vents didn't hold well. They rolled around. The underbody lights got beaten up when I lowered my car. Interior lights are still solid as ever and the same with the front bumper LEDs.

LEDGlow's products are top notch and worth every penny.

As far was wiring goes, I didn't do a clean job, i went through the door, under the weatherstripping. For the vents, just take the clips out of the splash guards and the grills pop out easily.

Here is an old picture of the interior LEDs:

They are quite bright.

I'd say you'd be better off with zip ties and double sided mounting tape for the vents. And if you are not lowering the car, you should be golden. The trick I did for the rear lights was that I bent back the heat shielding and stuffed the led bar in there. That way the exhaust didn't mess with it and I got a uniform glow.

Yup, LEDGlow.

Its beginning to look alot like Christmas..... I'll save the lights for my tree. Was never a fan of puddle lights, strobes, LEDs on cars. I'm a little old for that style nowadays but was never a fan even when it was in style. But if you like it thats all that matters. Don't let us haters influence how you mod your car. I personnally don't ask opinions on this forum because if I decided to do something I obviously did it because I like how it looks, sounds, etc.

I think it looks good. I don't really understand all the either, it seems like you could always shut of the lights and no one would ever know that the lights were there, definitely could cut down on the hate factor. Good install job

I have added LED strips under the car too, but I connected them to the inside lights. So, when I open the door, or when I unlock the car they light up. So, no need of switch and it's legal that way.

I don't ask the forum for their opinions either, because it's my car and it's my money that goes for parts. If anyone pays for my parts then I will ask them.

As long as I like it... everything is cool

I was going to do a single LED but I had 2 extra tubes sitting around so I figured I'd put them to use. Those tubes are still holding up even after tracking it a month ago.

Zip ties, i love 'em.

I have mine for over a year, and they are still going strong... I don't know about the "tubes" but my silicon led strips don't break easy

x2... I've seen more neon underbody mods and chrome wheels on here than on my old civic forums.

whatever... to each their own. you did a clean job even though this will prob be a mod you will regret in 2-3 years.

Looks good bro.

See.. people hate, and people call rice. They are dead wrong. People forget what rice actually means.

From what i understand... it means to either make a slow or economy car look and sound fast and/or mod your car the cheap and terrible way... e.g. Autozone or Pepboys special. Rice also refers to a particular attitude of the driver of said car.

What you did was done right. It looks good and looks clean. Far from rice. People forget that a lot of car shows and competitions have all sorts of custom work like this. If you have a beat up car and trick it out and then rock it like its the best.... then your rice.

hey, one more question, im in the middle of installing my leds. well, was your back light extending all the way from the back to the side fender walls then up in the engine bay? because my back is not far enough to reach to the power source. is there an extension out there? or am i just screwed?

oh alright, because i was spending literally an hour trying to plan out the whole wiring and where everything was goig to go, but the weather stripping looked a little too difficult. i have to say, it looks professional for some1 that didnt know anything about car wiring and hiding. no wires r sticking out it worked out perfect but had to drill one hole n thats it. but, ll maybe post some pictures up if i get some time to show ya
