should have put a before picture in there also. The color choice is a nice contrast but also goes well with the cloth seat color scheme

I think it looks nice. When the "chrome" on the original **** starts to peel its pretty awful feeling and doesn't look great. Yours does have a nice contrast and will blend well with the interior.
