I'm most thankful that when you needed your 8 the most, it was there and did it's job so you could walk away. It's amazing what these cars can take.
Good luck with the new car, I'm sure it'll be tons of fun. (+1 for the STI, just not the new hatchback thing, it's hideous)

These 8s really do well in bad crashes. Drivers seem to be able to walk away like nothing happened.

I have not yet replaced the car but right now im looking at something more fuel efficient so I might go with a GTI. I know it might be a step down but I just want soemthing thats more fuel efficient yet still fun to drive so we shall see.

 

I do have the exhaust up for sale and if noone local is interested I will be willing to ship it to you so toss me a pm and we can talk price.

 

I have always liked M3's but I dont like to buy used cars since I have no idea how they have taken care of it. So yeah I might just go with a new ride.

If your going with a VW get an R32 those things sound sick. EVO's don't have the reliability the STi's do period, 07 limited STi's are the way to go. My buddie's STi gets 23 mpg minimum with 290whp and 300wtq

 

R32's are too expensive here plus they didnt make them for 2009
