I have seen your thread and have been admiring your pictures from afar. You picked an interesting location, the gray contrasting against the multicolored ground and stream go well together. Nice shots!

I only wish I was back in Hersonisos basking in the some with some ozo in my hand......

 

BrotherVoodoo, it was your photos who made me decide on my color scheme you know. I can't say I like your new front grille though... Anyway, next time you come for vacation, send me an e-mail... We can drink some ouzo (accompanied by coal-grilled octopus of course) together.....

You guys drink ouzo straight, or with water? I take it either way, personally - just as long as it's on the rocks.

 

I prefer it straight, on the rocks. But accompaniyng seafood is a must..

 

I'll take it standalone, and I've never had it with octopus, as that is hard to get in Chicago. And where I'm from in Florida, there are lots of octopus, but the fishermen don't like to catch them. Too much hassle, and not that many people would eat them.

Have had it with seared fish, though.
