A tire hit her in the face
well, not exactly what i wanted as my first post but what can you do. At the end of
January my friend and i were driving home around 9 at night. I decided to go into get into the fast lane, i checked my corner and began entering the next lane. My friend yells, and i look to see a giant tire coming at me. here is the result
I used to have A front air dam
my radiator is giving my engine a big hug
Oh no I got a flat tire!
When i hit the tire i got a some air, boy was that fun
It was a retreaded tire from a bus that popped off. The tire took out 13 other cars, I was the only one to have to be towed away.
Fortunately the buses insurace company is going to cover it but they totaled my baby.

Well, depending how insurance deals with it, perhaps you may even be able to pick up another car entirely. I have a friend who totaled a car around August. Insurance gave him ~$23,000 for it, a 2004MY - 6 months later cars of the same make/model/miles are going for nearly $10,000 less! It may be worth it to take a gamble and give the used car market a month to see what else might come up. On the other hand, winter is ending and so this market may some slight stabilization (not likely though!).
Good luck with whatever you do indeed choose and sorry to hear the bad news! I say if you pick up another rx8, make it a Nordic Green :D

Haha, I didn't mean it because of make year; If I totaled my WWP I would pick up a nordic green. Pretty rare and I personally love the color. Lol, I guess my standards are low?

I too had something kinda similiar happen, I hit a cone one night on the way home from down town tampa. it cracked the front bumper and passanger fog light bracket, and put a nasty orange scuff all the way down the side of the car, so I had to get maszdaspeed side skirts to cover it up LOL way worth it

Bumper, under tray, radiator, rear bumper, flat tire, and most importantly - radiator support/sub-frame damage. With the current value of cars this looks likely to be totaled, IMO.
