Hmm, I don't have an actual measurement. My guess would be 1.5" lower and since it is painted all the way to the bottom, it visually is lower. I believe my mud-guards hung lower than the KS does. I should have some side profile pics of my car before I had the KS rear, I'll see if I can find them for comparison's sake.

Fitment was perfect - no work required. I did a little drilling to the corner area to get best fitment possible, but wasn't much. The corner area is very minimal, and I wouldn't be turned off by 5 min/side using a dremel to fine tune.

You're getting custom seats? Spill the details!

Thanks for the info, as soon as I get a email back from Shine I'll be making up my mind. depending on if i like something else of theirs.

Oh, sounds nice! I would love seats but get paranoid removing airbags from a daily driven car.
Mine was the authentic one but I don't think the Shine has any considerable issues either. The only thing you may need to spend a bit of time on is the corner light area but all in all this is a very minor requirement, if necessary at all.

The last batch of photos was posted all over Facebook and Tumblr, and got tossed up as the banner car on www.mazdafitment.com. Was getting tagged in posts every day back when I first uploaded those pics, haha.

Wohooooooo, excited!
Picked up Corksport rear strut bar that mounts on the bottom of the trunk, in addition to the Mazdaspeed rear strut bar. Also picking up OEM Mazdaspeed catback for custom quad exit build!
BHR Yukon kit on order as well

The Corksport rear strut bar is a good choice. Have it in mine, the only drawback is that it came with a Corksport decal already on it that was upside down! Still working on buyin the BHR ignition...

Here's another pic of my car from the same angle, just tried a different editing style out for fun.

In an entirely random and spontaneous decision recently, I ordered the BN Sports front bumper, BN Sports side skirts, Ganador mirrors, and Panspeed rear over fenders. Should be here by end of June, will rock the Bazreias until then.
Will be back on some 1-piece wheels again, don't think I could stand an increase in Mad Mike comparisons, lol. Woot for some track time too

yeah, but Mad Mikes 8 looks really good because of the wild livery. The BN sports kits looks huge and over sized for the 8 with a normal paint scheme, imo. Hope to see it turn out well, good luck
