i kinda think it was one of those jokes only funny to the one who was telling it...otherwise it was some dead b.s. joke thing that kinda took off the smile i had on my face just b4 i read that...but what kind of engine has that much shyt done to it too pull off a tip like that.i also wonder what the shyt sounds like at high rpm's..looks ear rackiting...but whatever wing looks messed up with that space in the middle.

 

I'm almost positive they are non functional. If they happened to fabricate them as functional, then they are JUST TIPS, which isn't going to add any HP because I'd imagine the rest of the exhaust is close to stock or just has an aftermarket exhaust. The ENTIER thing was a joke by the person who built it, probably making fun of your typical ricer who puts a giant wing and giant exhaust tips on their Civic.
