i think the gap will definitely bigger than stock like cf trunk. imagine a 5mm to 1cm gap between the front and rear door, just my prediction.

and i have no idea how to deal with the exterior of the front cf door, leave it cf?

You're right.. I wasn't paying attention clearly, i thought the "stationary side window" was the RX-7's door handle.

guess the only way is to paint them, or black car with cf door. i couldnt imagine how to shut the door with such light and "feel fragile" door. i have problem closing my cf trunk as compared to stock one, i feel soft in the middle part of the cf trunk like i am going to break it, dont dare to try harder, maybe i should practise it more often. but surprisingly my gf can do that without any problem.

Give the people some pics man..Lets see some carbon..
Well if the carbon is real carbon 100% and not just a sheet of carbon over the fiberglass, you wouldnt have any problem...In my wing can easily sit 2 people over it...dry carbon 100% handmade...

There's a huge decal at the rear window.

call me stupid but if your bitching about gas prices in all your threads, and honestly the gains from having carbon doors are pointless why bother.. i would have bought a 360 modena for what you are going to have in your car.

i m not bitching about gas prices if i gave a sh"t i wouldnt buy this car and tune it for 500crank almost hp and modify it with all that money i spend...I have only said in the past that the gas price here is very high..we pay around 1,8usd per lit...But the carbon doors will get rid from the car around 100kg i suppose and maybe more...i am modifing a lot my car so dont tell me again that i have a sound system etc...

a modena this bring back some memories my friend...
Anyhow we are totally out of topic..
