Panspeed were the ones who made the rear fender flares. Panspeed probably sold a set to JIC Magic. Maybe http://www.trc-tuning.com might be of service.

nothing wrong with the handbrake, it is a track car, the last thing you do when you come off track is set the handbrake...unless you like your brake pads bonded to your rotors.
