Strakes on the Shinka

It's all that pitted look on the paint surface. Looks, well, like an orange peel. If you look at the reflection of the sidewalk or the shadow of the green car, you can see by the jaggedness of the edges just how prevalent the paint defect is on our cars. Even despite that, very very nice detailing job, shinka 213!

I agree-I was thinking the same thing when I saw the reflection in the paint. Cleaning it has nothing to do with the orange peel look. Perhaps it was just the camera's ability to reproduce the image...?

I wish I could say it was the camera...but yes no waxing or washing will remove it, only a full body wet sanding will do it...and Shinka213 the strakes look great...
