New to RX-8's, and new to the forums...

I officially broke down and finally joined the rotary club - and couldn't be happier. Being a student and working at the same time while coming up with a car payment puts a cramp on the budget, but I couldn't pass up my '07 Stormy Blue Mica after I test drove it at the dealership. She's still stock, but I hope to start modding her a bit after saving up some more cash.

Not long after I bought mine, my mom was so impressed with the look and the handling of the car (and after test driving a 350Z), she went out and bought a Phantom Blue 8. And after washing both cars today, I just had to take a few quick shots.

 

Sweet. I have a stormy blue too and love it. I'd be pissed though if my mom went and bought the same car I have, but that's just me.

 

Congrats. They're both cool colors but the Stormy Blue is the ****. You win.

 

That is awesome, both MT? If you have a 6 speed and your mom has an AT then I wouldn't be worried...

Mmm...nice color choices. Those are my two favorite colors for the 8.

 

those ladies look pretty outstanding together.

It's a shame the only 8's I see around these parts are Red.

 

I always wanted to see all the different blue 8's in a line up, that would make a sweet photo.

I asked for those 2 as my choices at the dealership bc all they had was silver

they didnt return my calls to keep me updated, which is bad service to me so I said F-it and went and bought a black one then finally a week later they call me but i wish I woulda held out
