Great man, sucks for that s2k though, looks like it got pretty messed up.

 

yah, after that crash he just walked away somewhere and disappeared. No one saw him after that. He probably went to a corner and cried or something.

regarding, that guy...nah...he was with us until the last session. He was sad but wasn't crying. He tried to take it cool.
one of the guys that we were with works for a body shop, so it should be taken care of.

 

Looks like the CRX had a rough day, too. Had to throw that burger and fry pic in there, lol. I'm starving...

How did he go off track in the straight a way and right into the fence?

 

yes i did pass that s2000 . I actually passed quite few S2000s (there were 5 signed up) and other faster cars, mostly because most of the drivers in the white (beginner) group were too scared to take the long sweeping right turn too fast, so ended up right on their tail on the straight. That turn is scary, but I guess I had more guts than they did.

I didn't see how the crash happened, but people behind him said he just simply slid off to the left. Looking at the track map it's kind of hard to imagine how he did it, since that section of track is pretty straightforward. Probably lost his balance somewhere through the chicane.

 

I dunno man, if you look at his right hand rear wheel, its bent, seems as if he broke the axle or hub, which caused him to veer off the track like that.

I think that the crash probably caused that. I have closer pics of that wheel and a section of the wheel had been gashed and broken off, and the rotor was snapped in half!
