SpeedSource Racing RX-8 in FORZA
One of the wonderful features of Forza Motorsport for the Xbox is the ability to create custom designs for your cars. So I got ambitious over the weekend and decided to replicate the Grand Am Championship winning SpeedSource RX-8.
To honor their recent win at the Road&Track 250, I even took a few pics of my “virtual” car lapping at Mazda Laguna Seca Raceway. Sorry for the crappy pics, had to take it off of the TV. (Too bad there's no Photomode like GT4.)
How do you like my handy work?

Nice work, man! Looks just like the real thing!
Speaking of being ambitious, my friend sat down for two hours yesterday to hammer out a Mountain Dew Elise. Took him something like 80 layers to get it right. I'll have to go grab pictures later on. Next project is a KFC car. I'll have pictures of that when they become available as well.

Thanks for the props guys!
It actually took 270 layers to create. There's no text editor, so the "mazda", "mazdaspeed", and "SpeedSource" logos were the hardest parts to design.

For my next Forza project, think I'm going to try and create the D1GP Drift JIC-Magic RX-8.
