Is there a reason for the license plate relocation? Is it simply your preference to have it in that location as opposed to centered?

Well, the RB Air duct goes right smack in the middle of our grills, and when the license plate is there, it blocks ALOT of air thats available
I don't know if he's got a air duct or not...
It's mostly cosmetic too. A big license plate in the middle is very unappealing

Ah, true. I hadn't given much consideration to airflow, as I'm still stock in the area of performance. We all have our own opinions on looks.

I live right by Tim. Looks really good in person.

The relocation was out of just appearance. The former mounting really took away from the R-magic bumper. This new location actually makes the license plate more visible. The brake calipers look very well done.

The nightshade Tim and I knocked out in I think 2 hours? after running around like idiots for sandpaper ha.

haha sorry to take so long just got home ... but to answer all your questions im ready..

"fstfwd: Is there a reason for the license plate relocation? Is it simply your preference to have it in that location as opposed to centered?"
just for looks.. i think it loks way better there..

"shazy" off topic, but other than the cosmetic work (which looks great btw) did you do any performance mods?"
nope no performance yet... i drive 30 miles each way to school 10 miles each way to work and 15 miles each way to my girlfriends and gas and gas mileage suck as it is so i dont want it to get no worse..

"fannin522: whats up with your clear corner in last pic? just bad fitment on bumper"
the fitments is only bad on the one side and when you take the bumper off and put it back on it always fits either a little better or a little worse.. all depends if you do it alone which i usually do lol..

"swoope: i would be worried that you just covered up the oil cooler."
nope cuz if you look at the pic the oil cooler is above the plate and isnt covered..

"pdxhak: I can not believe you did that on the street. And on a corner"
haha i know its the only spot i got.. no garage no lift no nothing.. gotta work eith what i got..

"HockeyRX-8: not bad.....but when are you getting side skirts?"
lol idk im still trying to find some.. i want Rmagic but not sure what im gonna buy

i forgot to mention the strakes are new as well and the next mods are eyelids, buddy club racing condensor, a grille, and i think this weekend or the next ill be painting my engine covers in the street lmao

****,

sorry about that.. i just glanced..

well. it still looks like ****, but if you have to have a front plate you are kinda screwed..

still think a center position would be better.. and with the size of that front opening that is where i would go.

btw, where do the lower vents go to? that is a very interesting nose.

beers
