What is on the front undeneath the headlights, the small rectangular shapes?

water comes out to clean the headlight, i dont think we get those in the states.

pissers. for cleaning the headlights. UK and Canada get them.

Nice pics sharky thanks! Like the number plate too. Yeah I think blue is the way to go, should be placing an order soon. Still confused about what accessories to get.
