Short, quick shoot 106° outside

Seatownracer and I got together and did a wash and wax session followed by a very hot rooftop garage shoot...

I also painted the rear bumper black plastic black. It was getting pretty faded and Back to Black was having no effect anymore. It looks new now

Here's the link http://s275.photobucket.com/albums/j...0with%20steve/

and a BIG picture

What did you paint the rear with? Did you prime?

I cleaned it really well and then just used Krylon Fusion since it bonds to plastics. It worked well and I didn't need to go back and sand/prime/repaint. I'm happy with the results.

Looks good. Back to Black doesn't seem to last long.

Sweet did you use rubbing alcohol to clean it or something else?

Back to black just doesn't cut it after the plastic has been exposed for a couple of yrs. The paint looks good and the car looks great. Nice photos!!

Getting rear ended and having my bumper completely replaced did an amazing job of getting that original black color back.

Nice pics.

^ you must have not been moving for the IAT to be close to 70° higher than ambient!!

Mine is usually about 10-15° higher than ambient while I'm moving. It slowly creeps up when I stop in traffic, but I think I've only seen about a 30° delta so far.

Yeah I was crawling on I35 behind an accident. Luckily I never drive in traffic really, I was on my way to my sons football game and got stuck.
