Several Laps at Putnam Park with Eric Meyer
http://vimeo.com/15834317
This 20 minute video was chosen to show several different driving lines at Putnam Park. The video was taken from a fun race (a non-competitive/who cares if I win race) and features many different cars with different cornering speeds. The purpose of driving this event was to put hours on a new engine we had recently built. Max redline 8,700 (because power falls off above 8.700). Oil 210F, water 195F.
Keen viewers will note:
-Using the entire track including track out and entry curbing
-Not sticking your nose in places where a less experienced driver may hit you
-Warming up the brakes and tires using ABS and putting the car on her edge in longer radius corners.
-Passing on the inside, passing on the outside.
-Various gear choices in some of the same spots on the track.
Enjoy.

Just a Sunday drive, Eric? I'd hate imagining what really fast is like ...
