RX8Club Forum Application for Android BETA Open To All

This will allow you to test new features of the app that I haven't quite made ready for the entire community. These updates are not 100% stable but close to it as I run this version on my mobile device at all times. Please drop as much feedback as you can as this will help ensure that new changes work well on all devices

All, due to some semantics with the way the application was listed, Google has forced me to rename the RX8Club.com forum application after 2+ years and 1800+ downloads. I have appreciated all of the support for the application and have received emails from concerned users who thought that the application was no longer being developed. No worries to all as I will continue to develop this app. If you currently have the original application involved, please try the following steps:
1. Open application
2. Open Preferences
3. Click Clear Cache
4. Uninstall application
You should then be able to find the new app in the Google Play store. If your devices are sync'd, you should also be able to install from the following location: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details…
Sorry for the inconvenience folks, and remember, this app is free, always has been free, and always will be free

Have at it ladies and gents. Remember this is only a beta so expect there to be flaws. I just wanted to get users to play around with it so I can document and resolve common errors. Take note that commenting is disabled on this release.

Just to put people at ease, this will be a free app
. I plan on uploading it to github so anyone can see the source and fork it off and make some updates/changes/enhancements. This way the application stays 'for the people, by the people'. If you would like to donate for my efforts that would be remarkable, but of course is not required or expected. Enjoy!

I will upload the source to GIT as soon as I get home and whoever else is a seasoned developer can help tackle the issues /enhancements too

OK I can reproduce the crash. If I click once it takes a long time but will log in however if I click the login button more than once it crashes. It looks like its trying to login over top of itself.
Also the app doesn't seem to stay logged in
If I go to another app I have to log back in.
Also I in the rx8 app once I navigate to new posts I cant seem to get back to the normal sub forum view you get when you first log into the normal website

Well it works well for me when I log in but i do have occurances when it forces me out of the app within seconds. It doesnt let me zoom in to click on the threads I want to view (dont know if its my phone or what). So I spend a while trying to open a thread. Also noticed that it doesnt let you click on links inside of threads. Again dont know if its cause of my phone. I have a samsung s3 by the way. Dont know if that makes a difference.

HTC Amaze 4G running 4.0.3
Downloaded and works fine. App opens and works fine as far as viewing threads go.
Edit: Actually after clicking "New Posts", it crashed. I won't let me log in after.

Ahhh darn. I had another crash and it was working so good.
It actually crashed when I hit the submit button posting to this very thread.
Here is what I posted
Time for enhancements!
1) Pinch zoom (already mentioned)
2) Posted Date stamp is missing. No way to tell how old previous post is
3) Quoted posts need to be italicized or something stronger to tell it's quoted
4) UserCP button would be nice
5) Home button would be nice instead of having to use the back button
6) My phone is rendering some weird green block. I will try and get some screen shot and figure out what it is
7) WHERE IS THE DONATE BUTTON?!?!?!?!?!!?!?
8) Can't quote a post
