The RX8 is not out yet. Despite what it says on WalMart computers/website, it's official release by Hasbro in North America is Sept 2004. Us Canadians get boned so we probably won't see it in stores until mid Oct or even Nov! So if you are impatient, order the Japanese version online like what the other guys have done. Mind you, the Japanese version comes out until Sept 30, 2004.

there is a guy selling one on the transboards I frequent if anyone is interested - he has the north american meister/jazz - this is the white rx-8 trans - plastic - he also has the same one in red from japan called "zoom-zoom" it is die cast - see thread

I have not bought anything from the guy but I can say almost everyone on those boards are legit - I have dealt with many a person on there - :D

My son is always on the look out for RX-7, RX-8 models for me. He bought me one of those RX-8 transformer from Wal-Mart. Love that boy. I gave him an 88 GXL this year after I got my TiGrey ofcourse.
