RX8 dune buggy
GT4 is currently set for a June 2004 release date, along with the new $150 Logitech steering wheel and pedals. With 900 degree rotation (like a real wheel), a stick shift, and the most realistic physics engine to date; GT4 with the new wheel will be an experience. I have GT3 and the GT3 wheel, man it's awesome. Unless I suddenly get a surplus of money in my wallet, I think I'll stick with my GT3 wheel. I guess I can always dream...
Here's where you can find nearly anything about GT4.
Here's info on the wheel from Logitech themselves.
Here's a picture of the new GT4 wheel that's so big, you can the manufacturing imperfections.

I guess I'll have to say it everytime there are insults. If you have to insult other cars to either feel better for yourself or your car, then that's pathetic. Now I'm not accusing you of doing that, because I can't read your mind. But think about why you're insulting me and my car.
So where's zerobanger?? Isn't he gonna get in on this action?
...and hey RX8 "fo sho", i've been here longer than you so show some respect to your elders.

Heheh, I guess I'm an average gamer. I don't think I play games THAT much. I'd have to say maybe an average of 10 or 15 hours a week (probably around the average amount of time some people spend on this forum) Now, hardcore gamers tend to average around 35 or more hours a week.

Dreams do come true:

Wow Squid, that's an amazing set up you got there.
Since cars are so cheap in the State, you probably could get an really beat up car, and transform the whole interior into a game cockpit. Remove everything in the car, put in your whole set up in there and turn the windscreen into the projection screen, that could be fun. Ha.

LOL, yeah, you know call me crazy, but I actually had been thinking about that.. unfortunately you'd have to have extra space, which we don't have.. I'd actually go through with it if I had the time, and space
btw, here's some specs on the setup:
Logitech Driving Force Pro from eBay
Bob Earl Virtual Racing Chassis from www.bobearlracing.com
Aura 50w Bass Kickers from eBay
X1 projector from Digital Connection
frame: $299+tax+shipping
wheel: $124+shipping
transducers: $50+shipping
projector: $870 (after rebate)
There are certainly better setups, but they are super expensive, this was the cheapest solution that actually turned out to be the best solution for me (the other ones weren't just in the thousands, they took up way too much space).
