I got bored yesterday so i figured i'd draw my car...hope you like it!

nice attempt, i hope your rear tire isn't like that in real life - it looks like it's off the axle!

looks nice JmurphRx8...did you use a pencil to draw that? if not, what did you use for the shadows and stuff?

yea i used a pencil...i was actually at work and i just got bored...

 

not to bad...cars are a very hard thing to draw...

I like it. Particularly the way the left windshield glass ends without a hard line and the bit of break in the line of the left hood edge.

I'd agree with Mikeb about the rear wheel though; it gives the appearance of having about 10degrees too much camber. Maybe ok if you were going for a caricature but the rest of the picture suggests your intent was more realism.

While body lines can lend themselves to subjective interpretation something like the rotational axis of the wheel is much more likely to strike an odd chord with people who have a mechanical orientation.

The last bit of constructive criticism is examine the area where the tires meet the ground. If you want to study a master of things sitting on other things see the still life paintings of Cezanne

No Dude, it's supposed to be 3-D. Trust me, I know. This is a great drawing. It is worth a million dollars and on Thursdays you can get an additional 10 percent off. But you have to have a mail in rebate for that.
