Huh! there is only one picture with a car in it....

 

I'm getting the general feeling that my car is taking a back seat to my girl friend...funny it used to be the otherway around . If people are more interested in her, I have plenty of pictures of her w/o the car...I just thought the two of them together made a more appealing picture.

Hmmm, if that were the case, the entire composition of the shot would be off balance. If it were up to you, what car would you recommend I use in my next shoot then? Porsche, Audi, Mercedes, Corvette? I could do any of those...I need the girl to match the car.

 

Honestly, the composition isn't really lost - i feel that i'm biased because I own an rx8 as well. The illustrious lines and curves of the vehicle have become all too familiar to me. It's difficult for me to say that there is an ideal medium in which a lovely young lady could match because that lady would not only have to be beautiful - but also familiar to a fresh pair of eyes. This is probably why most of us overlook your car and only see your girl. Hopefully that made sense

btw, i'm partial to Aston Martin's myself but out of those listed...Porsche.

Yep What are you waiting for? Please post them up now. She needs no other props in the photos. Her alone is just fine.

 

I am not sure about most of the members but I bought my RX-8 not because I was cash constrained but because I really like the car. I don't think there are many cars I would rather see in a picture. But quite frankly, there is no car in the world that can outshine a beautiful woman. Your GF fits into this category.

So you have one of two choices .....
1. let your car take a back seat to your GF and be satisfied to have both.

or

2. Get a less attractive GF that does not take away from the car and give your current one to me

 

I'm inclined to agree with you, I think I'll keep her for now. If I ever start to become too insecure about my car, I'll give you a ring.

second pic is a really good one. Dont just sum it up as a pic of your girl and care to brag. It is a nice pic. I would frame that one... Good Job!

 

One thing I did mean to comment on ... play with various facial expressions. Smiles are nice, pouting sometimes also works well.

The tan lines provide some distraction. In some ways they are kind of sexy as they induce imagination of what she looks like in a two piece. At the same time it is not quite traditional for a sophisticated shot.

Have her hold her shoulders back a bit. See what that looks like. It is understandable to have them forced forward when resting on the car but when standing upright it might look a little better to have a straighter posture.

Very nice! thank goodness its jus a tan thats the issue. not a fat tire around the gut then we hav a real issue.

Couldn't exactly tell you why, but I'm kind of a fan of tan lines on girls. Is it a distraction, yes, but when you realize where your attention is being drawn, your don't really mind being distracted.

 

i love tan lines. esp small ones like your girl has. If they were big tank top tan lines I could still deal but id want those fixed lol
