Round 4 - High Res shot of waxed gray
I hate to wax, what a pain in the ****. Anyway, I like the way this windmill shot turned out after the job was done so I decided to share yet another pic....

BVdoo - Great shot. It kills me that I have the same car and camera and can't come close to what you create. Keep it up. I like to rotate my desktop with your pictures. They draw a lot of comments from work colleagues who want to know how I have had time to drive from PA to California since late January...

Veeeerrryyy Nice, BrotherVoodoo! Wish I lived where I could get some nice shots but here in the middle of no where, it's still gray and dead! Give me a couple of months and it will blossom out nicely.

Thanks all for the compliments. MrTux & rx8fosho sorry the license plate is in fact a photoshop, my real plate number is not quite as interesting..... Ajax, I'm using a Canon S40 4 mega pixel camera for the shots.
Thanks Willhave8, I was thinking this over and some of my shots obviously have a little photoshop magic added to them. Some color correction, cropping and filters makes a big difference in the presentation.
Here's some examples of a couple pics I've done post work on:
In this example, I cropped the pic and brought out the red in the sky and highlights in the wheels and nose.
I've done a lot of filter manipulation on this pic as well as remove some distracting signs.
More color in the trees and grass, accented the windmill with more detailed color and removed that light post growing out of my trunk lid!

Hope to run into you in one of the local gatherings some time soon BV.
I goofed around with a camera and photoshop a bit a long time ago, now I finally have a reason to get back into it.
No photoshopping on this one (can't count a crop really), but it was such a pleasant day and the first car I've ever waxed or polished.
I think I've only gotten two or three pictures so far that makes my Nordic Green look green :p
