I guess all of the questions have been answered, but to add a lil' bit, the car does weight at around 2300lbs, I think their lowest allowed weight is 228?(something) and its a 425hp 3rotor n/a engine the car is full tube framed and it shares nothing with our 8s, with the exception of tailights, headlights, fender vents, and a couple of other minor things, the body panels are made of a CF/honeycomb sandwich with only 2 layers of CF and the nomex honeycomb in between, they use regular wet layup method. The wheels are 18x11 out back with 305 rubber and 18x10 up front with 285's I was told each wheel/tire combo weights at around 40lbs. The exhaust is insanely big I think he said something like 8in, insanely hot and insanely loud, so loud that they had to rework the entire system so that it exits out the back instead of the passenger side because the drivers were complaining about the deafening noise.
There's so much stuff in this car that one could go on for days, if I knew what I was actually talking about, Jim Pattin was nice enough to listen to everybody's questions and he was nicer still when he took the time to explain EVERYTHING in ABSOLUTE DETAIL, aerodynamics, suspension, engine management, transmission, fuel, oil, you name it, he covered it.
Oh, and here's a kicker this car gets about 4mpg.

Awesome pics. If you have not had a chance to see them on the track I highly recommend it. Met all those guys at Lime Rock Park last year along with SpeedSource, Tindol, ROAR Racing, etc.
