Putnam Park Pics

Since I've never truely posted pics of my car since I've done everything to it...here are some pics of my Putnam Park KYPCA HPDE school that I went to in June. Enjoy.

This was my first track session, I think my mods helped a ton. I'm getting some Hankook RS2's this weekend, and also a custom mid pipe. Should be loud enough to **** the fiance off and put a smile on my face. What really amazed me was how well the 8 held in with the Porsche's. I was also in the beginners group, and once they combined our group with the mid level group I was passed left and right, I still had one of the best times of my life driving a car. The GT3's really sound like they have an afterburner in them when they scream by you on the straights!

lol....yeah, we had some good laughs out of a few other 8 owners that were there and saw the 7's on the 8

Even worse....the tech inspector looked under my hood and said "hah-hah, wheres the engine"

Thanks for the comments..the wheels were powder coated with the red lip. The place that did it were a bunch of jerkoffs, so my other set of factory rims will be solid black since i can't find anyone that will do the red lip for the same price.
Sadly enough, the track rims have a bunch of spots where they didn't hit the clearcoat, and it looks like crap close up. Hard to tell with a bunch of brake dust on it though

And it's a SAFE course. I'm just learning, and the fact that there is only 1 wall you can hit makes me feel a lot better. It's an addictive (and expensive) hobby.
