Just got the car back from the body shop thurs. Shaved third brake light, shaved emblems(2 of 3), new wing(new third brake light.) Picked up some new summer rubber too. Craftsmanship is perfect I had half a dozen people look over the trunk to see if they could see any imperfections or mismatch of the overall curvature of the trunk. Love the super clean look, big thanks to PJ's Paint and Body....just finished a small thunderstorm so better overall pics yet to come...

Yes, I know I would have never thought to put an American domestic wing on my car. but seeing it on a couple other cars here in other thread I just love it. And the brake light has Made in New Zealand so I m gonna say its a Holden Monaro wing

 

Chrism has the same wing on his car and I think it looks great!

My fav part was when other people(non RX8 enthusiast) came out to look at it, they asked me what was new,,, that put a big grin on my face,,,,

 

i wanted to shave the brake light off the stock trunk 1.5 years ago. now it's finally done. it looks good man. the brake light in the wing is tasteful.
