Just wanted to share a couple of (cell)pictures of my RX8

Got it 9 days ago and have 2100km already behind the wheels :D LOVE IT!

Its a stock 06, the highpower european edition.


Gonna keep it stock through the winter, to cold to do anything fun now..







It dont love the winter, but still manages alright




The previous owner painted this cover by himself, looks so shitty.. any suggestions what to do with it? Gonna have to do something anyways so might as well do something cool

 

the lip on your trunk is aftermarket and i like it. wheels kind of remind me of momos

 

get rid of those rims pleaseeee lol

I dont like the rims either.. but they came with the winter tires Gonna sell them when the summer comes, buy some new ones for next winter

Thanks for rubbing it in. We're getting dumped on here in Utah and I haven't driven my rx8 for a couple weeks cause of the snow and salt. Congrats on the new car op.

 

Oh, and what is 'the highpower European edition?'

 

That sucks. What part of Utah? I spent a week off roading in Moab last year, it would be crazy to see it all covered in snow.

 

South Ogden, just north of Salt Lake. Makes for great snowboarding though. How was offroading in Moab? I live in Utah and I've never even been there.

Thats 170kW(230bhp?) and 6speedMT. The only other option for us is 5speed 190bhp or something

 

^ nice. yeah I know they make a 5 speed version outside of the U.S. with the low power 4 port Renesis.

 

Didn't know that. Nice car btw. Can't you just paint over the red center thing in the back? I would just repaint it black or see if you can pick up a stock one.

Got around to do something about the red center in the back(last pic first post). Got it covered in black leather, really happy with the result
