Recently decided to paint my calipers (I have a list of the cheapest "mods" I'm working on. valve stem caps, LED bulbs, $10 billet grille, brake calipers...)

I have a TI, all stock, no appearance package. Should have clear corners soon.

Was thinking either red calipers or straight black (maybe with a gold/silver RX-8 stencil that someone suggested on this forum). Please share if you have photos, or even just your opinions

 

Dont have an TI but here are a couple of my car. My stencils came from http://polakgraphics.com/index2.php?...rstencils.html His stencils are very good quality and easy to put on.

You will have to put clear corners on now since you painted your calipers red

The colors clash a bit.

Good job on painting them they look good. Normally a person doesn't paint the brake pads though

 

Didnt like the way it looked. I was doing it that way at first but then decided to just paint everything. Looked better to me atleast.

 

I am interested in seeing the same thing. Anyone out there want to post their pics of painted calipers on a titanium grey?

edit: just found a recent post by cyprusrx8. He has a titanium grey and just painted his calipers red. Looks real nice.
