pic request: carbon fiber hood partial paint?

im looking for a pic of an 8 with a carbon fiberhood, painted the color of the car except the center triangle, preferably silver, but ill take anything

As cool as that sounds, it will break down under sunlight and eventually look like burlap. If you're going to paint it, you might as well go all out OR drive only at night. haha

Actually it should last okay if you clear coat it. Just mask off the triangle when painting the silver and clear the whole hood. It should last a long time.

This came from ebay. This person (mrs. Decals) sells a vinyl piece that covers the rotor on the hood. It might be a good idea to try it before you paint it that way, just to be sure you like it.
