Karate is hardly a physically demanding sport...
I am not saying that I am fit now - I am actually way over my normal weight and lowest fitness in 4 years.
I am picking up my game and ride hard. I am going to miss out the Alpine Classic this year but I am going to finish the 200km bike ride up Falls Creek and Mt. Buffalo next year. I want to be 72kg AGAIN!

Gawd... this is crazy, all I'll say is this... kinda strikes me as weird a guy would want to put Asian writing all over his car when he has such a dim view of Asian people in general... just ask what ASDS is and you'll see what I mean

You are more observant than others however no one has picked the black vinyl stickers i placed under the font fog lamps on the front bumper .
I think this gives the front a more agreesive look.
