Photonn, LEBREN's latest offering
#51
Yes, I have it tapped into the fog harness, there are other ways to power the Photonn but this seems the most convenient.
By the lens you refer to the clear lens I bet. I'll get some pics with that one very soon, it'll produce about 25% more light but ill have to take the light meter to it to verify the difference.
This is the same light as the first page, the last two pictures are with top LEDs disabled, I made this optional by just cutting a wire. Some didn't want the whole rotor shape, I actually prefer it this way myself. Also, I'm working with Gregs to make brackets for aftermarket bumpers!
Tail lights... progress made daily, many late nights going into the design process. It's going to happen!

nice!
so let me get this straight.
its powered through the fog light harness, so it would go on when the fogs are on?
also do you have pics of the Photonn with the so called lens? day and night pics?
considering this Photonn is tough, because i would have to stick with the stock bumper rather than an aftermarket in the future.

ahhh... ok, thanks for clearing that up. i guess its just the small picture that makes it soo bright and less spaced out.
but yes i would like to see one thats brighter. i have HID fogs, so i would like it to stand out a bit more. if possible, could you post pics with fogs [oem is fine] just to get an idea of what it would look like.
also, forgot to mention, would it be possible to power them through the parking lights? i have my fogs wired so that they turn on without having the low beams on. but i would like to have the option of having the Photonn on without the fogs on.

The Photonn can be ordered by contacting me directly as I will not be having a group buy. It will be available with either smoked gray lens or clear.
Note those with fogs, there may be a limit in your state as to how many lights can run at any given time. In the state of California the max is 4. Check with your local laws if you plan to run the Photonn with fogs.

I suppose having two rings would be more expensive.
Is it feasible to have two versions?
One with a single ring handling both tail light and brake duties (two brightness levels). This would be cheaper.
The other version could have two rings where the inner ring activates on braking only and be brighter than the outer ring.
Perhaps having a more cost-effective version would help with more sales.

This Photonn is AWESOME! I'll have to see if VA has a running light limit.
Just got my rear Lebren accent light, can't wait to install it!
Any progress on the Tail light mod? Pardon me if there was another thread for it that I passed over.
