What color do you guys reccomend I paint my calipers?

I have a titanium grey 8.

Anys greys out there with pics of painted cailpers on your grey 8?

Suggestions?

 

same as me man .... i have T gray .... i was thinking when the weather gets better do black with Gray "RX8" on it ... what do you think ... is it too dark.. what about gray and black RX8? whatever is i wanted to have the Gray in it.....right?

 

Depends...do you want them to stand out or not. Red always looks good, no matter what the color. I think blue would look pretty cool too. If you don't want them to stand out, go for silver or black

 

I've been thinking about doing myne blue. I also have a titanium grey 8. If anyone has any pictures of an 8 w/ painted calipers please post them.

Another Pic, Yes the back bumper is a different color, when I had the car for 4 days a woman in a minivan backed into me in a WalMart parking lot. The body shop replaced the bumper and painted it wrong. They will fix it when the weather gets warmer.

i think it's be too dark to notice.

NICE . HAVE8. i like it alot... i don't think it is too dark. and i think it stands out ok... not too much .. i like it .. i wish i could see the car with it i bet it goes well with the car as well... NICE JOB.

black would look good on any color as well.

 

Dude for withe do red with white"rx8" that is going to be hot ... what do you think ?

 

I have the black paint from Thew and decals from Polak somewhere around my house... I've been waiting to long to get this done. I'm moving this up my list of mods

 

I would suggest yellow for both tit and white.

 

Come spring and the weather gets better I'm painting my calipers yellow with a black rx8 on them on my Brilliant Black baby. I have not seen a black with yellow calipers yet.

I think the yellow would look nice on the black 8. There's a Nordic green guy that did his yellow. It looks close enough to black in some pics (just turn down the contrast on your monitor .. ha ha)

i've seen a black one with yellow but they did the vents behind the wheel yellow too. i think that was a little excessive which is why they said it looked like a bumble bee

 

red was my choice....

 

Anyone done purple? If and when I paint mine I think it would offset the grey very well.

 

I've always like how otrovago's red calipers looked, the hiros really do something for the look.

Ill be the firstone on thisthread to say I dont like red calipers on the Titanium. Looks too dull w/the gray. Black youwouldnt really notice. Maybe a dark blue would be nice

i have a black 8 and painted my front caliper's red. i lost my lug key so i have only the front painted! i will post pics asap.
