Orbitar polisher saved me from Zaino
Finally gave in and ordered and used the Zaino. However, to me suprise the Z5 and Z2 didn't come off that easy manually. I would have spend 2 days taking it off. Lucky for me I had my trusty orbital polisher. Took me 7 hours to clay, Z1, Z5, Z6, Z2 and Z6. Here are some pics. I also did my calipers this weekend. Couldn't wait for PolaK caliper stencils and came up with some of my own:D

Car looks great, but if zaino was not coming off soooo easy you couldn't believe it compared to regular waxes, you didn't apply it properly. A little goes a long way! Less is better. If your unsure its completely covered, because its so hard to see, then you did it right. If you see a thick haze everywhere, then you used way too much. A half oz or less will cover the entire car.

If your Zaino didn't come off with a light buff from a clean cotton towel -- you did something VERY wrong when you applied it. You car looks nice -- but don't blame the Zaino -- read the instructions

Zaino goes on in very small amounts, it should wipe off in one or two wipes without a ton of effort or pushing. On my silver RX-8, I can barely even see that I've put any zaino on the car..
I think you're just appplying too much.

Polak's stencils are taking more than 2 days to get here. I ordered them Wed and it is now monday and nothing. But I might change the calipers once I get them. As far as the Zaino, thanks for the advice. I'll keep that in mind once I apply it again. As far as the instructions, at least the ones in the bottles it self, it doesn't say anything about how much to apply. I had used wax before, like turtle wax, Kit and others and I never had this problem. In the end, what matters is the results and I got them with Zaino.

I can second the observation that Zaino is hard to remove when you put too much on. It took me about four coats to get it right. These guys are right: it's really hard to see when you're applying it in the right amount.

Speaking of misapplication, I have been using the bottle spray (Z6 I think) liberally. Like 4 full shots for the hood, two or three on each side.... My bottle is almost empty now. So I read the directions, and they want you to use very tiny amounts of it, just like the zaino... a dime sized amount per sq foot. doh!
At least it's not hard to wipe the spray
