The obligatory first pics of a titanium grey RX-8

Rebecca Leung. She did a good job. No games, straight decent deal. I was actually surprised to see a lady as a car salesperson. Not very common I reckon.
Mike et al: thanks for the nice comments - just wait and see until my custom leather project is done and my Neo MP3 player and sub will be installed. Then I'll shoot some new pictures
Installing the strakes, clear corners and mud guards took about an hour only and was easy. Even for me :D

28100 incl. the appearance pkg, spoiler, rotary accents and destination charge. That's about $660 over invoice.
The deal was made back in early October - you can probably get a better price now I suppose.

I actually ordered my car at Putnam Mazda also, I got Mory he was a dick. He gave me bullshit dates that I would be recieving my car, and Al the manger was a dick also. I talked to Rebecca and wanted her as my seller but the management didnt really allow it. So after waiting four weeks, the car never showed and was just being built. I went to Val Strough Mazda the next day and bought a tit gray with app pkg and spoiler for $25,500 no bargaining or anything. Anyways, good to see more Tit gray rx-8's in sf, really hope to see you and bro voodoo around sometime, or on the road. Nice pics!

Yeah, Mory seems to be a pretty dumb character. I talked to him once as well, but he was sorta clueless and just not a person I'd want to deal with. Actually, in the beginning I was talking to a guy called Joe Lu or something like that, but after he was not giving me a call back twice although promised checking availability of the car I wanted, I got Rebecca on the phone. I continued with her because she seemed to be more motivated. Then, when I went to the dealership to finalize the deal with her, of course Joe greeted me with a wide smile and tried to tell me BS... blabla, how he was looking for the car and so on - I just walked by him :D
What, "management didn't allow" you to talk to the salesperson you want? That's strange.
Val Strough in Oakland, huh? Who did you talk to there? I was in contact with Simon, he was eager to sell a car to me and was very wiliing to give a good deal too.

yupp, I bought the car from simon, he was very easy to deal with. Didn't bargain at all, and I was lucky that the exact car I wanted was in the inventory. He gave me a pretty decent deal. What part of SF are you from??
