New wheels, new paint. New Look

As you can see, the batmobile has changed. Got rid of the xxr 530's and bought Volk gt-n's 18x9 in front and 18x10 in the rear. Took the spoiler off and got all the holes from the debadging and from the spoiler covered.

Yes I went the cheap way with the paint. I deciced to plasti-dip the car. Not sure what color I am going to paint it yet so it was a cheap route to still look amazing. Not to mention Import Alliance was coming up.

Hope you guys enjoy.

p.s. yes I know I need to go lower, didn't have time to adjust the coilovers to the new wheels.

I'll post more if i find some online.

The Volk GT-N's look good. Not too sure about the plasti-dip though in comparison to brilliant black prior. A bit played out.

I am always surprised with how nice plasti-dip looks. Not bad at all!

So what was the cost to plasti-dip your whole car?

Dipmycar.com sells a kit to dip an entire car for about $300. Not bad in my opinion.

Not a big fan of the plasti-dip look. But doesn't look too bad. A friend of mine did the plasti-dip setup and ended up taking it off a month after.

Looks great. Everyone says that look is played out, but I have yet to see a full car plasti dipped driving around. Maybe it's bigger on the west coast or something

^ I was thinking the same thing, I have yet to even see another car with dipped badges

But it looks nice man! Did you use a spray gun or rattle can?

So many questions. I'll get some more pics close up of the dip so you can see. Iv'e actually been told multiple times that it looks better in person than it does in pictures.

I spent $260 all together and used a spray gun.

Reason for doing so is i plan on painting it, not sure what color though. I would of kept is brilliant black but there were spots covered in primer on the front bumper, and trunk from filling in the holes left from the spoiler and badges.

I'm not planning on keeping the matte black for long. Maybe through the winter until I figure out a set color I want.

Did you use the plastidip glossifier with this? It looks shinier than just flat black. I think it looks awesome, I have been wanting to do matte white for so long...

After trying to remove it the normal way unsuccessfully. It's not as easy to remove as people think, especially after being baked on in the Texas son.
