Needs a clear cover cuz the alumium will mask the light.

^ it's only a conceptual proto at this point, but should be completely legal because it's white light and not flashing (impersonating law enforcement)

I went with cool white because I plan to switch to a cooler Kelvin Xenon, still debating 6k or 8k.

why not close it in across the top so as to closer resemble the rotor emblem?

I agree. Plus I would have to see the prototype cover to go with it, daylight pics, etc. The idea is ok though.

 

I third that, closing the top would make it look even better.

i agree closing across the top would be nice. i assume you didn't at this point b/c the oem front rotor accent is that shape (whereas the back rotor accent is the full 3 sides).

maybe 2 versions?
the the oem front, you don't need the top bar
non-oem front end, have all 3 sides?

 

Very cool. Looks like the new Iron man chest reactor. I would hate to install and hit debris while driving on the highway though.

Looks cool at night, but during the day it probably going to look like LED's taped onto your car.

If you made a custom housing/inclosure the same shape as the accent so in sunlight it would look more official. Then it would be dope.
