My 8 was damaged in a flood, and my rmagic lip was taken with it. My stock front spoiler also got torn off the car due to passing through a sudden deep drop. By the end of next week my car is goign to have a oem front lip on. >.< I am going to miss the rmagic lip. I am also thinking of a custom paint job on the car. I did two quick, sloppy photoshops of what I have in mind. Please give me your opinions. Also how much does a paint job like this usually run? Any other ideas? Thank you for the help

guaranteed 1000-1500 at a good body shop for the nose, hood and roof....im assuming your also going down the back too....every one seems to be 2-toning like this lately....u sure you wanna go that route cuz once its done there will be no going back....make sure you love the look more than anything and dont bother with opinions.....its your look, your vision and your love

and yea chrism.. i am really thinking about it.. and HERO... no i didnt' find an undertray but I'm just installing the oem front lip.. since it acts like a undertray also. The dealership said if i wanted to replace the under spoiler.. i'd have to just get a whole new bumper

as a designer i think your first one is the best if you want to give your car a classy look, all the other ones are very tunerish, depends on what you want to achieve, my vote goes for #1 though

 

i'm not usually a fan of 2 color scheme, but that 1st pic is sexy as hell.

 

Might just be the lighting but that red seems much deeper than the normal VR.

 

The first one is nice, but I know I've seen an orange on JUST LIKE IT on here...

 

coming from another designer, i am also for the 1st one. and maybe paint the front mudguards black as well to complement/complete the black front lip.

Yes, I did use a darker red for the first paint design. I think using VR would contrast too much in chroma. One big problem is the overall paint job would be too expensive. Since i have to repaint a base color and trim color. The second paint job is most likely the one I will do. (costs, risk-factor) The latest one i put out was just something i thought looked interesting. I will do another chop after my car is repaired. I still don't know if I will be able to replace the r magic lip. If it can fit over the Oem front air dam then I will try my best to replace it. Gosh i miss my rmagic >.<
