Had the deck installed for a while now about month and a half , had 1 sub but now added a second with a box built to specs check it out

 

and also these pics , sorry abotu the messy wires didnt have time to sort them all nice lol

yea im working on it the box is so huge that its hard to move things around im thinking of going threw the carpet so its all hidden

Some day I will get another 12inch Solo L7. I've got the same amp/

 

it broke the bracket at the top of the mirror it makes my sunglasses case open the sunroof shakes my trunk rattles it shakes everything in the middle compartment , the subs have always been my favorite i had an l7 i was a fan of them till i heard my subs , the box is made like 100% to specs there is not one box that can be better for these subs makes a huge difference ,

Is that the metra kit? I was looking at a Clarion on Crutchfield the otherday, and with the discount it was like an add. $80 for the kit. Ive always bought my stuff through them.

 

yea thats the metra kit igot the flat black but theres the glossy one as well i really like this one because it blends in really good , crutchfield has good deals customer service is +1 , bought some stuff from them old school subs never had a problem id say go for it , cheapest you can get metra kit for is like 149.99 anywhere else

looks too plastic? it's all plastic. I am happy I ordered the flat look.

Nice!!!! Especially the "Nick's RX-8" in the display. I'd build a carpeted deck around the amp with the logo or plexi back lit to hide the wires.

-- rota ll - thanks man and yeah im thinking about something custom or perhaps something fiberglass but i dont know yet , its something to think about because the rx8 trunk with the lil dip has so many possibilitys


--emart 11b -- try holding the mode button for 10-12 seconds on your a/c controls , if it works hold it till you get the part where it says text , if it doesnt work its because you need an adapter , once you got the metra kit it comes with an adapter that enables you to change the time and the text display and all that good stuff ,
