its a great exhaust for the money and sounds Damned Sexy!
sounds better with a turbo in front of it......
Good advice, I noticed there was a gap there... I'll be sure to check this from time to time just to make sure...

Be sure not to extend the tip too much. That problem stated about with burning the shrouds is true. It didn't melt it but I do see a spot of discoloration where the hole lines up at. It's nothing you notice unless you're looking at the underside but I could see it posing a bigger problem if you drive longer than 20 minutes at a time. I'm letting it cool down tonight at work and then I'm going to retract it back so it closes the gap where you adjust it to keep the fumes from melting the shroud. If you don't get what I'm talking about, you will when you get the exhaust and tip in.

Now get a midpipe and it will be really loud and you'll get some sexy flames to shoot out the back.

Loud..... it does take out some of the raspyness that other exhausts don't .

I remember doing a dbl test at 5 ft at idle and it was bad. 3=4 k was 108 and WOT sounded like a banshee coming after your soul.

Haha, I just did a two hour drive each way with this exhaust and my SR motor sports non resonated catless midpipe. It is loud to say the least. Even after I get the BHR pipe in I will likely still have a resonator welded in. The weight difference is amazing though.

No way 9HP, the biggest gain is weight savings. An update for me is that I got the BHR pipe in and the combo sounds great. The HKS with my SR pipe was way too loud but the BHR quiets really nicely.
