New Car.

Well as most of you guys know, I was forced to sell my rx-8 to pay off some college funds. Well my dad decided that was a very reasonable choice to make because I no longer am looking to them for money. So he decided to give me his toy that he had sitting around at home! So here is my new car.

It's definitely not an rx8. I miss my car

I understand the z has a lot more torque and power, but thats not everything. I can't even take my favorite twisty turn at 75 mph anymore

OR you could sell it, pick up another 8, have left over money, and start modding the 8

Bro i LOVE the Z. With proper modding and tuning it can be on par with many cars including the 8. But you will never get as many stairs lol. But hey its seems you guys have some money. Those are some nice cars in your garge.

not bad at all. its no 8, but definitly a great concilation prize. There is so much hate towards Zs from us 8 drivers but they really are a top notch car for the price range. Just wait until you can afford to get another 8, then burn the tires off it and give the keys back to your dad. haha.

Dude, you wanted the Z. Admit it....cmonnnn admit it ...

Story doesnt mesh. Well-off (obvious from pics) Dad knows kid has and loves his 8 so so much...kid "reluctantly" sells the beloved 8 to pay off college funds (how novel)...As a reward for such a selfless act, Dad gives son a car worth MORE than the crappy resale price of the 8 (though u would rather have the 8)?? Dad is smarter than that. If Dad knew how much u loved the 8 and the sacrifice u were about to make, he would have stopped u, sold the Z, got more than what u would have with the shitty resale value of the 8, and gone ahead and taken care of those "school funds" for you w/ the $. All the while letting you hold on to the beloved 8 you were so attached to and likely having a lil $ left over.

Dont be afraid to tell the 8 fanbois u wanted the Z! LOL. Its a cool car, enjoy!!
