It's not too fancy, but it's mine. Here is my RX-8 delivered on March 14, 2004. Now at 1500 miles and M-Flashed.

 

3 months and only 1500 miles ,,, you need to drive that car

Really, i had read this forum and this car needs to be driven and driven hard it likes it just like Mikey

 

Unfortunately I only drive back and forth to work in it...and mostly in traffic . But I make the most of my daily commute.

 

Take a vacation soon and just drive No matter however you drive it and how much you drive it , its still an awesome car!!!!!!!!!!

 

There's a lot to be said for some long trips in the car. Those short rides to the office are hard on the car. It's time for you to find some long backroad routes.

1500 miles of daily-driver/commuting over 3 months is not good!

In the past 2 1/2 weeks of ownership, I have put 1800 miles on my RX-8 and already added a quart of oil.

At my 3 month oil change, the technician said that the fluids were full and clean as can be. I did add 1 qt of oil at 950 miles. I would like to drive more, but my Honda Odyssey is the family vehicle of choice with a 4 yr old and a 2 yr old. The 8 is my toy for back and forth to work.

No mods for me. I had the dealer put the rear wing spoiler on since the car on the lot didn't have one. I love the car, but I'm only interested in keeping it shiny now. Looking great after my first wax job (Mother's California Gold Paste).
