I usually like black wheels on the Whitewater pearl RX8's, but i'm just not a big fan of your wheels. They look cheap and there is too much crome in the middle. But other than that, your car looks good, Just get some exhaust polisher, because it is getting pretty dirty!

 

not a fan of the blacked out lights. i just don't get the point of them. rims look fine to me though, they have a nice pattern going on.

and is it just me or does the paint job look somewhat matte?

 

i think the smoked taillights make the car look cleaner...especially since it matches the wheels and tinted windows =]

and i think thats just the effect from the lighting....

rims are ok would be better with a lower offsett but the tails i dont know man not feeling them neither.other than that looks good.

 

nice ride.... i always thought the tailights on the 8 look way to busy.. i love the way they look with the tint on them it helps tone them down a bit

hmmm.... not really feeling them tail lightssss.... wuh did you use to do that???/ hmmm woudve thought it wouldve beena bit more cleaner and darker...

 

Dude its not even D.O.T. legal. You do want people to see your tail lights so they dont rearend you lol

lol nah i wanted a dark "smoke" look thats still functional...day and night the lights are easily visible so no'ones crashin' into me...i've seen the "blacked out" look and their barely functional...now thats dangerous lol besides theres a few cars that have black taillights STOCK...i.e. rx-7....trans-am..etc. etc.

 

Black tail lights are okay.

Its not having the white reverse lights that you will get a ticket for.

where or how did you tint your tail lights?... cost?... diy?

 

not bad... my tails are smoked too... but, i have a BB... wheels are ok (+1 on different offset)



...ps i think you should talk to your "friend" on a re-shoot so we can re-evaluate the car

They were 12.99 overlays from e-bay...done professionally at a tint-shop. I watched them do it for about an hour and its hard getting around the curves..def not a DIY if you have no experience!!
