sto16, your strakes are pointing downwards...they should be level with the lines of the car...also, your car would look even better than it already does with rotary accents

 

ooo.. I just noticed his strakes.. it's just a bit off. Welps, if he does take them off, he has a chance to install front mudflaps now, and then putting the panel w/ strakes back.

 

Silver just rocks!!IMO...

 

I like my strakes like that... Looks different. I didn't want to be straight like everyone else.
Everyone have different taste, but we all like the Silver RX-8.

They all look great, it's nice to see them.

you're right, everyone has different tastes...just that now they don't flow with the lines of the car nor the ground...the lines on the side of the car are parallel to the ground and those strakes are noticeably off by a lot...not arguing with you, if you like it you like...was just telling you that they're off but it seems that you knew that already

 

It was intentional. Doens't that bad thought!

At least, if you see me on the road yuo'll know it's me. ;-)

 

I have silver too but the pic is along with Subaru Impreza, Toyota TRD Celica and Honda S2000, is it ok if I post that picture? It's my only picture of the car.

Crooked strakes never stopped me... it gives the car an air of distinction...

 

 

I like the strakes that way, sto. Something different.
