Yes they are oem fogs. But you need the Mazdaspeed fog light brackets which are more rare than a gremlin riding a unicorn.

could always run the racing beat fog brackets

dont mean to thread jack but this is what it looks like with rb brackets

the fogs sit higher then the original ms brackets but they work

great alternative for anyone looking
